I'm a huge supporter of the FairTax because of one reason; The 16th Amendment was never properly ratified in 1913, and our tax code is a demon child from the womb of this mafia we call the IRS that feeds the hunger of this cartel we call the Federal Reserve. But I don't have a one track mind, I do have another proposal apart from the FairTax.
*Abolish the IRS, the Federal Reserve and the IRC, and replace it with soveriegn tax systems for each state.
What do I mean "Sovereign tax system"? I mean that we should go back to the U.S. Constitution and study what taxes SHOULD be collected in the first place. Allow states to create their own FairTax or tax system, and compete with neighboring states based on their tax rates. Ex. I live in Taxaxhusetts, hate their tax system, but I love New Hampshire's, so I move my family or business to NH, same as Texas vs. NM, Cali vs. Nevada, or Georgia vs. Florida. Why? Look and compare: (BS=Bull****)
BS: Federal income taxes pays for education via federal Dept. of Education.
Fact: Your property taxes pay for your local school district and other projects, your federal income taxes is currently used to payoff Federal Reserve Bank, Inc. shareholders, Unconstitutional!
BS: Federal Income taxes pay for roads and interstate.
Fact: Your states mandated gas tax pay for your local roads.
BS: Federal income taxes pay for national defenses:
Fact: Corporations pays for defense, if the 16th Amendment was a real law.
BS: The IRS will put you in jail for not paying taxes.
Fact: They just try, you ask the jury, the IRS and the judge one question, "show me the law!" They got a loud bark through intimidation, but they ain't got bite!
BS: The wealthy should pay their "fair-share".
Fact: There isn't a such thing as "fair share" under this tax regime. Get rid of it, then we can talk about "fair".
BS: Crackdown on tax havens.Fact:
What! Ok, people, small business owners will crackdown on Wal-Mart because they offer lower prices on their goods. We don't want people shooping around looking for bargains. Hey, with all do respect to small business owners, I'm a SBO too, it's free enterprise, it gives consumers power, that's why Toyota Camry's been a best selling sedan in America, not because it's Japanese, but because consumers got more for their dollar. Same as tax havens, businesses go somewhere where their hard earned wealth is protected. Let's join that market. America can be a tax haven. And we'll compete against Cayman Islands, Switzerland, Lechtenstein, and Caicos Islands, come on, free market enterprise is awesome!
My point is, if we don't pass the FairTax, let's give each state their 10th Amendment rights to declare their own tax system without interference with the feds.

Our capitalist Soceity Is Facing Extinction
After hearing reports about the white house sending a 17 billion dollar bailout package to the big 3, it assured me that we no longer have a capitalist soceity. Saing that the Big 3 is "too big to fail" is saying that these companies rule America, therefore, we can't sacrifice job losses and losing a reputable "American" company. That sounds like a "ohh, it's alright, we know you made stupid decisions in the board room. We know you failed, but, we'll use tax payers money to encourage you to fail again because if you do, we'll bail you out once more." Welcome to the U.S.S.A (United Socialist States of America)!
We should allow comanies; big or small to fail and learn from my mistakes. I did. I lossed money, but I didn't cry to the government to bail me out of debt. I took responsibility. I learned from my mistakes, consolidated my debt THROUGH THE BANK itself (again, doing business through capitalism). And I started another business. With the government's help comes more regulations which means fewer jobs, less productivity and results in a slower economy. As a matter of fact, there's no obligation the government has under the U.S. Constitution that states they bailout any businesses. Let the market do what the market do.

The current pro-communist tax system
Our current tax system has over 20 thousand pages and counting. Most of the things that are in the tax system was created and or motivated through class hatred, class warfare, influenced through curroption, special privilages of those within the capital beltway, and to many politicians who wanted to increase their paychecks through the tax system with subliminal languages of increasing taxes on the "rich". As a matter of fact, our tax system is slowly mutating our government into a socialist society with a touch of communism, while using capitalism to avoid a mass panic or riot. The events happening in our country now; the housing crises, the big 3 bailout, job loss and counting..., is growing by the day, and many people are focused now on how to stop the crises, but aren't interested in getting to the root of the problem. It takes strategy and common sense to realize that the root of the problem is our infamous tax system. But, emotions can't see it because emotions cloud common sense. Right now emotions are creating fear and panic, and when you have fear and/or panic, common sense and strategy takes a back seat.
I hope President-Elect Barack Obama realize that we need the FairTax now. I really hope my generation come together and fight for it. Because being apethatic is something that interest groups, lobbyists, and politicians are counting on for their own self interest. Let's fight for it.

If your tired of our current tax system.....
Now that we have elected Barack Obama for President of the U.S. of A, we have experienced a history in the making. That gives our children (regardless of ethnicity, gender, or background) an opportunity to become whoever they want to be. Based on the U.S. constitution, all you need to be to qualify for President is to be a U.S. citizen, age 35 and older, and have common sense. We have elected an intelligent President and looking forward to seeing this nation prosper under his watch.
I understand that the one thing that Americans are worried about right now is the economy. It's in turmoil. But we also got to understand that our economy is in turmoil because of a lot of ignorance in not only Wall St. part, but in Main St. as well. Both the government, businesses, and individuals has spent money they didn't have. The government can't solve every problem, at that, the more government, the more regulations, the more dependent we become. We've started to give up our FREEDOM for security because of fear, and last time I checked, that's not like America. I voted for Obama because I believe he's more open-minded about exploring with new frontiers of government that past officials were afraid to tap into. We need a young blood in the oval office. The reason why 5% of Americans are successful financially's because they aren't afraid to take risks, instead of avoiding it, they manage it, that's America. I believe President Obama will bring change into our country, good change. At that, we need to destroy our current tax system, and adopt a simple easy to read tax system called the FairTax Act. It's a simle federal tax system that taxes consumption instead of wages and income. Our current tax system has started out as a simple flat tax but has been munipulated by special interest groups, lobbyists, and elected officials from all parties; including those we might have voted for, over the years. It's time to say enough is enough. We have the second highest tax system in the world. People, jobs aren't leaving the U.S. becuase they're looking for cheap labour, they're leaving because the tax system's preventing them from creating more jobs. We need to enact the FairTax ASAP. For those of you who are afraid to change, if you like the age old, 67,000+ page tax systemn plaqueing our economy today, then ignore this blog. But for those of you who are tired of being harassed by this mob, this posse, called the IRS, if you're tired of feeling like you can't get ahead, tired of spending thousands of dollars to get a measly return on tax season, feeling like April 15 is a dreadful day, (even though it maybe sunny outside), if you're tired of hoping the government won't take your inherentance away from your children when you pass, if you're tired of wondering how Washington is spending your money, then we need to pass the FairTax NOW! It's not a Democrat, Republican, nor an Independent issue, it's an American issue.
I urge every one of you to visit www.fairtax.org to get more info. And if you're not computer savvy (which I assume you are because you're doing this) then go to your local library and pick up "The FairTax Book" by Neal Boortz. Then, AFTER you understand how the FairTax will benefit America, I urge all of you to contact your local and state representatives, as well as President Obama. No matter who we are; poor, middle-class, or rich, we are ALL Americans.
No more do we need a tax system that encourages people to prosper under the radar. No more do we need to tell people that if you decide to be rich, we'll punish you with taxes. No more will we scare our entreprenuers and future entreprenuers away with higher taxes, no more will the middle-class wonder if they can afford college for their children. They tried it in the former communist Soviet Union, it didn't work. Please Americans, this is the land of opportunity. I believe President Obama will look at this bill closely and will see that this is the biggest economic opportunity in American history.
God bless everyone, and God bless America.
